A lifelong resident of Northeast Florida, Amanda was born and raised in St. Augustine. Growing up in a family involved in construction, real estate, and small business gave her an early appreciation for hard work, integrity, and building genuine relationships—principles that continue to guide the way she serves buyers and sellers today.
 
As a Broker Associate with Great Expectations Realty, Amanda serves buyers and sellers throughout Northeast Florida. She is especially passionate about equestrian properties and luxury estates, while her experience also includes residential homes, homesteads, land, commercial properties, and investment properties. Whether helping a family find the perfect place to call home, assisting with the sale of a horse farm, or guiding the purchase of acreage or commercial property, Amanda is committed to providing personalized guidance, honest communication, and a thoughtful approach tailored to each person's goals.
Serving others has always been an important part of Amanda's life. She has served with HorsePlay Therapy Center for more than six years, supporting its mission of changing lives through equine-assisted services. Outside of real estate, Amanda and her husband, Ernie, enjoy spending time with their two children camping, exploring nature, and riding horses.
 
Amanda has consistently been recognized among the Top 5% of REALTORS® in Northeast Florida and is the recipient of the 2023 St. Johns County Board of REALTORS® Good Neighbor Award, the 2025 News4JAX 12 Who Care Award, and was nominated for Best Real Estate Agent in the 2026 Best of St. Johns County Awards.
